Well, since my Secret Santa last year covered almost all I listed, that just leaves world economic recovery and Peace on Earth. Once that's taken care of:
* 3x5 or similar-size printed photos of living members of the immediate and/or extended family, that I can pull out of my purse and show people.
* A recipe for low-fat, high-fiber homemade granola bars (maybe using Kashi cereals).
* Fun-ky food, like local honey, popcorn or snacks, anything from Trader Joe’s.
* Info, books or printouts from good Web sources on 19th-20th century furniture and collectible identification and valuation, or identifying china/porcelain marks (topics like Heywood-Wakefield, Mission, Arts & Crafts movement, mid-century, Bavarian porcelain, lusterware, McCoy). OR on how to clean and/or restore Heywood-Wakefield furniture, or Depression to 1940s era furniture.
* Someone to drive and see Uncle Fred and/or Uncle Dave with me after the holidays.
